Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Generation X, also known as GenX or GXI Creators, is India's first creator-led accelerator program focused on transforming influencers into entrepreneurs. We provide comprehensive support to creators, assisting them in building or launching D2C brands and achieving sustainable growth. Our end-to-end support is designed by creators, for creators, to help them succeed from content to commerce.

This isn’t just another internship. It’s a chance to get a front-row seat in the influencer marketing industry — learning how creators, brands, and agencies actually work together behind the scenes.

What you’ll do:

• Assist our internal team in onboarding, managing, and coordinating with influencers & creators.
• Research and identify rising creators & trends across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Support campaign execution: negotiating, tracking deliverables, and reporting results.
• Help curate the “perfect talent” for campaigns, internal database & brand collaborations.

Who you are:

• Passionate about social media, pop culture, and influencer trends.
• Active on Instagram/YouTube and up-to-date with what’s trending.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn fast.
• Good at communication & relationship-building.
• Should have well knowledge of sheets, docs, ppt, mails.
• Can scroll instagram whole day and get some results out of it.
