Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Lumenatix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with 2-8 years of experience in selling luxury products. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and be adept at selling high-end products, with a willingness to travel as needed. Experience in the lighting industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: o Identify and target potential clients for luxury lighting products. o Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. o Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Market Research and Analysis: o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. o Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams. Customer Relationship Management: o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. o Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner. Sales Reporting: o Track and report on sales performance metrics. o Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management. Travel and Representation: o Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events. o Represent Lumenatix at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. www.lumenatix.com Qualifications: Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Experience: o 2-8 years of proven sales experience, particularly in luxury products. o Experience in the lighting industry is a plus but not mandatory. Skills: o Strong sales and negotiation skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
