 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities in Brief:
Maintain and supervise the school's gardens, lawns, trees, and landscaped areas to ensure a clean, safe, green, and aesthetically pleasing campus.

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Supervise daily gardening and landscaping activities, ensuring proper maintenance of lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and outdoor areas.
2. Plan and allocate work to gardeners, monitor their performance, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
3. Oversee planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, pest control, and maintenance of irrigation systems to keep the campus healthy and attractive.
4. Maintain inventory of gardening tools, equipment, plants, fertilizers, and consumables, and coordinate procurement requirements.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while maintaining clean, hazard-free outdoor spaces and pathways.
6. Coordinate with the Operations Manager for landscaping improvements and support school events by preparing outdoor areas.

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Diploma/Certificate
• Experience: 9  Year
• Annual CTC: 35000 to  40000
