 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Andison Global LLP is a leading IT Infrastructure and Managed Services company delivering networking, structured cabling, data center infrastructure, AMC services, and enterprise IT solutions across India.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure at client locations across Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Ajmer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in networking, structured cabling, rack installation, earthing, and preventive maintenance, along with a willingness to travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission IT infrastructure equipment at client sites.
• Install and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, servers, desktops, access points, and other network devices.
• Perform rack installation, structured cabling (Copper & Fiber), cable dressing, labeling, and patching.
• Execute earthing and grounding work as per industry standards.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure and networking equipment under AMC contracts.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to ensure maximum system uptime.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and internal technical teams for smooth project execution.
• Prepare installation reports, preventive maintenance reports, service reports, and site documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures while working at customer locations.
• Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts assigned for field activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
• Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, IP Addressing, routing, and switching.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, servers, access points, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IT peripherals.
• Experience in rack installation, structured cabling, cable dressing, fiber/copper termination, and earthing.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network and hardware issues independently.
• Good communication, documentation, and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Field Support, Installation & Commissioning, or AMC services.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and willingness to travel are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft or equivalent technical certifications.

Travel Requirement

• Must be willing to travel across Karnataka (Bangalore) and nearby project locations as per business requirements.
• A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
