🕒 Shift: US Shift – 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) who can generate business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close deals with international clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment targeting the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Conduct meetings and discovery calls with potential international clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Present company services professionally and confidently
  • Develop customized proposals and business strategies for prospects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution
  • Maintain CRM records and track sales pipelines regularly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Experience working with international clients is preferred
  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and virtual meetings
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms is an advantage
