Job Title: Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Team Lead

Open Positions: 6

Work Mode: Work from Office only

Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Location: Guindy Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned client mandates

- Deliver against weekly/monthly closure targets

- Source candidates through portals, job drives, referrals, and database mining

- Ensure fast turnaround time and quality hiring

- Manage client and candidate communication professionally

- Track daily recruitment metrics and reporting

- Work under consulting-style delivery pressure

Key Requirements:

- 1–7 years recruitment experience (agency/consulting preferred, not mandatory)

- Strong sourcing and screening skills

- Ability to work under strict targets

- High energy and ownership mindset

- Good communication and stakeholder handling

- Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
