About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Professional Services Specialist to serve as the critical bridge between our engineering and business teams. In this role, you will help coordinate day-to-day operations, ensure projects stay on track, and act as a key point of contact for our partners. You will not only execute existing workflows and maintain delivery timelines but also proactively support business growth through strategic initiatives and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Delivery: Coordinate day-to-day business operations, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned and delivery timelines are consistently met.

  • Project Management: Drive project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, helping to streamline processes and maximize efficiency between technical and non-technical teams.

  • Client Interaction & Relations: Serve as a primary liaison for our clients. Handle daily communications, address concerns, and ensure client business requirements are accurately translated to the engineering teams.

  • Lead Generation: Actively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities. Engage with prospective clients to expand our professional services footprint and support revenue goals.

  • Business Strategy: Assist in developing and executing operational strategies that align our technical capabilities directly with overarching business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Hands-on experience in project coordination, operations, or a professional services role within a technical or software environment.

  • Methodology: Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks and sprint cycles.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills tailored for effective client interaction and cross-team collaboration.

  • Sales Acumen: Experience or a strong interest in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.

  • Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with the ability to "bridge the gap" by translating technical engineering concepts into clear business value for clients.
