Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Job Responsibilities:

• Desktop / Laptop installation, configuration & troubleshooting
• Network setup (LAN/WAN), basic router & switch configuration
• Printer & peripheral support
• Onsite technical support at client locations (Bank / Govt offices)
• Handling hardware issues & coordination with vendors
• Regular system maintenance and updates

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Networking (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi)
• Hardware troubleshooting (Desktop / Laptop)
• Windows OS installation & support
• Field work readiness

Education + Experience + Salary

• Education: Diploma
• Experience: 2  Year
• Annual CTC: 200000 to  300000
