Job Description

 

Essence Staffing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing bench consultants in the US IT staffing market and building relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Marketing bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners in the US

• Submitting consultant profiles to suitable client requirements

• Coordinating interviews between consultants and vendors/clients

• Negotiating pay rates and contract terms with vendors

• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients

• Ensuring quick placement of bench consultants on projects

• Maintaining submission and placement tracking reports

 

Required Skills

 

• Experience in US IT Bench Sales / Bench Sales Recruitment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Knowledge of US IT technologies and job portals

• Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners

• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

 

Qualification

 

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
