 Roles and Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions Driving: Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.
  • Information Provision: Detail course information, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and campus facilities.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport with students and parents to understand educational goals and guide them appropriately.
  • Follow-Up & Documentation: Consistently follow up on leads and accurately maintain records in a CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 0-5 years in counseling, tele-calling, or education sales.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi).
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a target-oriented approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
