Roles and Responsibilities:

Job title: Odoo Team Lead

Experience Required: 3 years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Odoo Techno- Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customising, and supporting Odoo ERP solutions based on business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to deliver scalable ERP solutions across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules for various business domains.

• Participate in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design.

• Configure Odoo apps, workflows, reports, user roles, and access rights.

• Integrate Odoo with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure smooth deployment.

• Provide user training, documentation, and functional support.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, frontend, QA, and project managers.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Odoo (v12–v19).

• Good knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo ORM.

• Experience customizing Odoo views, models, wizards, reports (QWeb).

• Understanding of functional flows: Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Projects.

• Ability to write API integrations and automate workflows.

• Good problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Odoo.sh / Server deployments.

• Experience with Docker / Git / Linux.

• Ability to handle client calls and demo sessions.

• Understanding of Odoo SaaS and multi-company setups.
