🕘 Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
🗓 Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Week Off between Monday–Friday)
🔹 Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Real Estate Voice Process. Candidates should have good to excellent English communication skills and confidence in handling customer conversations over calls.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
✔️Handle inbound & outbound calls related to real estate inquiries
✔️Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in English
✔️Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
✔️Maintain proper call records and customer details
✔️Follow company scripts, processes, and quality standards
✔️Ensure a positive customer experience and build strong rapport
✔️Achieve daily and monthly performance targets
✔️Coordinate with internal teams when required
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️Experience: Minimum 6 months BPO experience
(Freshers with fluent English can apply)
✔️Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) required
✔️Age Criteria: 20 to 40 years
Skills Required:
✔️Good to Excellent English speaking & conversational skills
✔️Customer-focused mindset
✔️Basic computer knowledge
