Roles and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Executive – HR to manage the full recruitment cycle independently. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external hiring partners to deliver timely and quality hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and selection of candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and role specifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and feedback
Manage offer processes including salary discussions, offer release, and pre-joining formalities
Ensure smooth onboarding and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness
Liaise with placement agencies and external consultants for bulk as well as specialized hiring needs
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and maintain proper documentation
Support urgent and high-priority hiring needs and focus on quick closure of open positions
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Graduation is mandatory; candidates from an English-medium background are preferred
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities
Ability to join immediately or on short notice will be an advantage
