About the Role:

Synapse Solution is looking for a motivated and articulate individual fluent in Russian to join our team as a Client Engagement Representative. This is a remote, part-time position where you will represent international software products through live online presentations and engage with potential clients.

✅ No prior experience is needed — we provide full training and demo scripts.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients who have shown interest in our software

• Deliver scripted, live product demos via Zoom or Google Meet

• Explain product features in a clear, engaging, and professional manner

• Maintain a positive and confident presence in client sessions

• Collaborate with international teams remotely

🔹 Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Russian

• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality

• Basic computer literacy (familiarity with Zoom or Google Meet is a plus)

• Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and access to a smartphone or computer

• Willingness to learn – no prior experience is required

🔹 Position Details:

 

• Type: Part-Time | Remote

• Workload: Approx. 32 hours/month (about 2 hours/day, flexible schedule)

• Location: Open to candidates residing in Russia

• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate in RUB (₽), based on communication skills and performance
