Job Description

 Roles and Responsibilities: 

 Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot basic tech issues or escalate as needed

  • Log and manage service requests in a ticketing system

  • Update knowledge base and assist with documentation

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer support or technical assistance experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with Windows/macOS, mobile devices, web apps, and help desk tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)

  • Remote-ready setup (reliable internet, quiet workspace)

  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) and bilingual abilities are a plus
