Customer Service/ Help Desk Associate
Roles and Responsibilities:
Serve as first point of contact via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot basic tech issues or escalate as needed
Log and manage service requests in a ticketing system
Update knowledge base and assist with documentation
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Prior customer support or technical assistance experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Windows/macOS, mobile devices, web apps, and help desk tools (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
Remote-ready setup (reliable internet, quiet workspace)
IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL) and bilingual abilities are a plus
